Brian,
One constraint, right now, is that users either can't view any data previously entered (works when people are submitting forms, without coming to edit the data) or they can see the form data submitted by any user (works for "admins" or people who will be processing the forms). You can restrict the later by form type, but not by "the form created by the current user". This is something that we are working on. Other than this, I have the feeling that all your requirements are met. For the Apache/Tomcat setup, there is nothing specific to Orbeon Forms there. I'd recommend your use mod_proxy on the Apache site, and use AJP between Apache and Tomcat. If you really have complicated rewrite needs, you can use mod_rewrite. See here some information on the Apache setup for clustering: http://wiki.orbeon.com/forms/doc/developer-guide/admin/performance-tuning#TOC-Apache-configuration If you don't have a cluster of Tomcat machines, instead of balancer://mycluster/, you'll have directly the URL of your Tomcat server, e.g. ajp://tomcat.your-company.com:8009.
