flickering Mozilla

Oliver Charlet
Hi there,

I wonder, how I can get rid of the flickering "loading..." message using Mozilla (Firefox).
I really don't need to see that message at every event for the split of a second.
In fact, if I keep on developing, you might loose a solid OPS fan due to heavy mental disorder...
please give me a hint as to where to tweak the .css or .js or whatever it takes...

Thanks in advance[on] advance[off] advance[on].....

Hi

Look for oxf.xforms.ajax.show-loading-icon in config/properties.xml – you can turn it off there

Oliver,

BTW this shouldn't really "flicker". As noted, you can disable it with a
property.

Also, if you look at the top of xforms.js, you have a constant:

   XFORMS_DELAY_BEFORE_DISPLAY_LOADING_IN_MS

Currently, if you want to change the delay, you have to modify xforms.js
(which is not good), but we could certainly make this a server-side
property.

I thank you guys a lot for that hint regarding the "flickering" Logo. It's MUCH better now :-)
