Hi
there,
I wonder, how I can
get rid of the flickering "loading..." message using Mozilla
(Firefox).
I really don't need
to see that message at every event for the split of a second.
In fact, if I keep
on developing, you might loose a solid OPS fan due to heavy mental
disorder...
please give me a
hint as to where to tweak the .css or .js or whatever it
takes...
Thanks in
advance[on] advance[off] advance[on].....

Hi Look for oxf.xforms.ajax.show-loading-icon
in config/properties.xml – you can turn it off there From: oliver charlet

Oliver,
BTW this shouldn't really "flicker". As noted, you can disable it with a property. Also, if you look at the top of xforms.js, you have a constant: XFORMS_DELAY_BEFORE_DISPLAY_LOADING_IN_MS Currently, if you want to change the delay, you have to modify xforms.js (which is not good), but we could certainly make this a server-side property. -Erik oliver charlet wrote: > Hi there, > > I wonder, how I can get rid of the flickering "loading..." message using > Mozilla (Firefox). > I really don't need to see that message at every event for the split of > a second. > In fact, if I keep on developing, you might loose a solid OPS fan due to > heavy mental disorder... > please give me a hint as to where to tweak the .css or .js or whatever > it takes... > > Thanks in advance[on] advance[off] advance[on]..... > :ollix Orbeon - XForms Everywhere: http://www.orbeon.com/blog/ -- You receive this message as a subscriber of the [hidden email] mailing list. I thank you
guys a lot for that hint regarding the "flickering" Logo. It's MUCH better
now :-)
