URL-Generation length problem

Claudio Delgado
All,

We are sending an XML document through the URL and it fails due to length
problem. the generated URL has a length of 2768 and the maximum supported
URL length is 2048 (as the example provided by Orbeon says).

In summary, We need to display a XML document in the Explorer such as
Explore reads an XML File.

Some advice...

Thanks in advance.

Believe that usually this is handled by switching from 'redirect'
instance
passing to 'forward' instance passing.

See here, http://www.orbeon.com/ops/doc/reference-page-flow
section 4.3.

Beyond Dan's reply to your question, we need more information regarding
how you accomplish "sending an XML document through the URL". Do you do
this through page flow? In general, please explain exactly what are you
trying to do with as many details as possible.
