James/Phani,

Same as in the previous email: the little Shopping Cart example works
for me here.

Does it fail for anybody else?

Hi Erik,

Thank you for your response.

As you said we tried with tomcat and working fine ...

We are using Websphere Application Server 6.1 with IE/Fire Fox. Surprisingly it is working with 3.6 version in above envirement(WAS6.1) .. why not with 3.7 ?

Can you explain to us ?  We have to use WAS ... any server settings we need to do ?

Thanks
Phani

We are just using the Servlet API the regular way to deal with
sessions. I am not aware of any particular settings you should enable
to make things work: session handling should work out of the box with
any application server.

I find no quick information about this "failed length check" issue
online. Maybe you can ask about this in IBM-related forums, or open a
ticket with IBM?
