Yes, that sounds very reasonable.

Good catch. We have a number of redirections done at the Apache level
to handle obsolete URLs, but apparently there was an error there as
/ops/doc/processors-pipeline is current and should not be redirected.
It is fixed now.

Sorry for the delay. This slipped through the cracks. I created a P7
entry in the tracker for this and it is now on my short list of high
priority issues (I am counting one P9, and six P7 as I write this).
