OPS3 Support for XFORMS:REPAT

It seems xforms:repeat is supported in OPS3 beta; however, I am not sure
if  "startindex" and repeat "number" are supported. If these are not
supported, is there a timeline on when they will be available?

Erik would be the authority on this.  However I see there is code
to handle it and I don't see a limitations listed in the readme.

"startindex" is supported, but "number" is not. Be sure to use beta 3!
