[OPS-USERS] Odd xForm state after <insert>

ToddG
When I insert a NEW <phase> or a NEW <task> into this form (modified from the XFORMS-TODO example), I get a series of date fields displayed in subsequent tasks that are not part of the form's model.  I think this is a bug.  I'm testing on IE 7.0.    Attached is the xForm in question.

This bug has been fixed. Let us know if you still have this problem with a recent nightly build.
