FormBuilder/FormRunner and eXist 1.4.2 or 2.0: betterform issues

Hello List
I would like to have FormBuilder/FormRunner with an eXist-db version 1.4.2 or v 2.0 storage. I can set these up following the standard instructions, but when accessing an XForm this arrangement doesn't work. I think it is because of the XForms filter in eXist directing the processing to the betterform XForms processor.

Has anybody been down this path already? Can you please give me directions on how to complete the integration of Orbeon FB/FR and eXist 1.4.2 or 2.0

We haven't here. Maybe a question for the eXist or the betterFORM mailing-list?

Hi Peter,

The xforms filter should be disabled in server.xml (in eXist root)

Hi Peter,

It's probably wise to follow the advice of the eXist experts.

FYI, we have a stripped down eXist 2.1dev installer available here:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/artdecor/files/eXist-db/

It's configured to run on port 8877. The menu only contains link to the admin tools and eXide. We use this together with Orbeon running under Tomcat on port 8080.
