Control Details Dialog - Where is it?

The documentation states that the Control Details dialog allows me to edit the following:

In the Control Details dialog, XPath expressions are used to specify the following aspects of a control:

Constraint:
Visibility:
Read-Only:
Calculated Value:

Yet in my 3.9.1 PE edition the Control Details Dialog does not show these values. It shows the control name and some entries regarding summary page display.

Where or how do I review and edit the control details?

Those are in the "Validation Settings", which should have an icon right below the "Control Details" icon.

Thank you. I spent hours trying to find these settings - did not think to drill into an exclamation point icon that says 'Validation' since I did not have validation in mind. Was interested in setting vibility.
