xforms:upload in noscript, xxforms-submit event not supported

Hi,

As I mentioned before on jan 14th, the xforms-upload example app does not work in noscript. I did some debugging and if I read the code correctly I have found that in script mode, an internal event called xxforms-submit is inserted containing a files element with the file(s) data.

Now, in the performDefaultAction() of XFormsModelSubmission object, the XFormsUploadControl is only filled correctly in case it concerns an xxforms-submit event. In noscript, this internal event is not inserted so file upload is not supported.

Is there any way to work around this?

Or, do you have some clues on where and what to adjust in code?

It is better if Erik has a look at this one. He will as soon as he
gets a chance and will follow-up in this thread.
