xforms-sql-address-book model.xpl

Hello,

Which file does model.xpl in the page-flow.xml from the example
xforms-sql-address-book refer to ? I haven't seen any file named
model.xml in the xforms-sql-address-book/ folder.

Good point: there is no model.xpl. There is only one XHTML+XForms file
(view.xhtml), that uses 3 services through XForms submissions. I
remove the model="model.xpl", and was even surprised that this
wouldn't prevent the page from running.
