xforms-error-panel not hidden.

Does anyone knows why this occurs (attached screen).

Same code hosted in other server does not show the panel.

any help will be wellcomed!

Seems that some CSS is not applied. Check Firebug's net tab to see if  
all CSS loads properly, and if so which CSS rules impact that error  
panel.
