Not sure I understand your question, but each form has a summary page. So if you created a form with app name "foo" and form name "bar", the summary page for that form is at:

Hi All, May be I should be more clear on my question.I am able to see
the forms summary.but the data which I enter I form. I want to see those forms

This url is storing a file with 0kb. Ok may be I am not clear again. First we will create a form by clicking New button in following
link http://localhost:8080/orbeon/fr/orbeon/builder/summary
Then we will design a form and publish it and we will open the
newly created form (which will store in orbeon_form_definition)say as below
link http://localhost:8080/orbeon/fr/check/check1/new
Then i will enter data and hit save button which is storing in
orbeon_form_data. So if I want to edit my entered values in future.I want to
