updating xforms:label

Hi there,

I have an xform label inside a group inside a switch case.
The label uses a ref to an element inside the model.
When I change the element using xforms:setvalue, the label does not
reflect the change. Shouldn't it?
I did not use a bind. Is the behaviour different, if I will use bind here?
