trigger in a repeat

Hello All,

 

Im trying to add a trigger labeled ‘first’ for each record and when it is clicked it should display ‘second’ trigger and first trigger should be disappear this should happen only for record when its trigger is clicked .

But the first trigger is not disappearing and it is displaying second trigger the functionality is working for total records. imp trying to do it for each record  .
