thanks for the wiki updates

Just wanted to say thanks for all of the hard work in moving the documentation to the wiki. I know it's a pain, but it has made such a huge difference in my ability to develop apps using Orbeon.  Again, just wanted to say thanks, and that all of your hard work is appreciated.

Thanks a lot, we definitely appreciate!

Not all the doc has moved there yet but every time we have an
opportunity we migrate parts of it. All the new doc is on the wiki.

We have found that using a wiki made us write more and (hopefully)
better and up to date docs. We just wish that Google Sites would fix
some of their little quirks (like not allowing contributors to just
sign up), but other than that we are pretty happy with it.

And if you want to contribute anything to the doc, just let us know
and we will add you as a contributor.
