You don't need to do this with Tomcat 6. In fact you don't either with
Tomcat 5.5. I think it was only an issue with Tomcat 5, which by now
nobody uses (or should be using!). So while moving this part of the
documentation to the wiki a couple of days ago, I removed that
section.
