Hi,
        I'm using an html editor inside a repeat control.
        <xforms:textarea ref="notes" mediatype="text/html">
        When I click on the add button to add a 2nd row, orbeon throws
an  
        exception as follows:
        Exception in client-side code.
                Message: 'undefined' is null or not an object
        Is this a bug? Please help in resolving this
