Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The fix works on Orbeon Forms 3.9.0.post.201202022340 CE!

There is a visual side effect though, submit 5 form entries, go to summary page, then select&delete the 2nd form entry. The check boxes for the bottom form entries become offset from center. So there is a bug in the page refresh after delete.
