This is a known problem in the current nightly builds. Getting this
fixed is one of our 3 top-priority bugs. I have included a ling to
the bug report for reference below. In the meantime, you can put a
simple XForms control in the view to avoid this problem (a simple
<xforms:group/> will do it).
