error unzipping when trying to deploy orbeon to Liferay

I see this error when trying to deploy (the yesterday build of) orbeon into Liferay 5.1.2 (in Tomcat on MacOS X):

18:25:05,105 ERROR [AutoDeployDir:60] com.liferay.portal.kernel.deploy.auto.AutoDeployException: java.util.zip.ZipException: error in opening zip file
I modified the web.xml (attached) according to the instructions. Not sure what am I doing wrong. Any suggestions?
