Thanks for your reply.

Let me explain you the complete scenario.

We are integrating the Orbean form with out Fatwire Content Management System i.e. We have already one site which is build on fatwire cms. Now we are integrating the orbean form with our site. Lets suppose we have created one registration form in orbean and now we want that form in our site So to get that form we are using "c:import" tag in jsp which has attribute "url" and in that url we are passing the giving the url of the registration which we created.After integrating form is coming correctly but it is not working. Please find the screen shot attached and code file which we are using to import the orbean form in our application.

Note: Can you please let us know suppose you created one orbean form and there is one different Java application So if we want to get any orbean form in your java application how can we get that. Screenshot.xlscode.txt
