May be I should be more clear on my question.I am able to see
the forms summary.but the data which I enter I form. I want to see those forms
with data. how can I see those forms.I may need them for editing

Not sure I understand your question, but each form has a
summary page. So if you created a form with app name "foo" and form
name "bar", the summary page for that form is at:
