Hi,

trying to migrate my xforms application to 3.9.0pre, i encounter a
problem similar to the tabview-submit bug i reported September 2010 (1).

I've attached a sandbox example demonstrating the problem. The Xforms
page contains a fr:tabview with four tabs and some submit controls, each
referencing the same xforms:submission.

I would expect that each submit control behave the same way. But if i
place the submit control inside a xforms:repeat (Tabs 3, 4), activating
it causes a NPE (see attached stacktrace).
