Internally, Orbeon sends request to it self. I think thats where you getting this exception. You can override the hostname in properties-local.xml

I am having problems with Orbeon in JBoss 4.3. I have deployed Orbeon.war in /server/default/deploy and everything seems to go OK. Then I choose Form Builder, and appears the summary, but when I try to add (+) a new form, I get this error
