Hi,

I have a problem when processing XHTML files. The parser seems to
automatically download the DTD in the doctype and I have no idea how to
disable this (or even better to use a local version).

This occurs in oxf:submission (when the output is xhtml with a doctype
declaration).

It also occurs in oxf:url-generator, but there it is possible to disable
retrieving the DTD with <validating>false</validating> in the
configuration.

I could not find a configuration setting like this for oxf:submission,
but maybe I overlooked something.

It would be even nicer if I could just cache the few DTDs that I use a
lot locally. Is there a way to supply a resource manager which can be
checked first ?

I am currently using Orbeon 3.7.1
