Martin,

xforms-yuicalendar-min.css is a resource generated dynamically, so it
is ok if you don't see it on disk.

The issue is the double /orbeon/orbeon/ prefix.

Some URL rewriting issues were fixed over the last few months. What OF
build are you using?
