solved xf:datatable and $fr-dt-page

In a datatable I've a column populated as per wiki with  index('record-repeat') + ($fr-dt-page - 1)*10.
Now i need to setvalue with  it but assignation fails and in log I see:

"Undeclared variable in a standalone expression: $fr-dt-page"
