select1 max items

Is there a limitation to the number of items a select1 control can hold? I believe I saw that somewhere but can not find it. I have a drop down with a significant amount of records being returned and some are not appearing towards the end. Thank you.

Brian,

It might be a limitation of the browser: we don't limit the number of
items in the XForms engine.
