You can specify any content-type if you use the element <force-content-type> as "true" in
the http-serializer <config> and either or both the <content-type> element of the
http-serializer <config> or the input document attribute content-type="" to the
content-type you want.
Likely not necessary, but you can check whether the client accepts the content-type
through the request processor/generator.

do we have a content-type which handle any types of files (word, excel, etc) ?
