problem with the cash

I have a problem with the cash that i too hard. When  I modify one instance and save on disk after i do another modify at this instance but when I take again another time this instance from the disk   the cash take me the old instance(the first).
There is some method for refresh the cash?
Help me!!! I will became crazy

How do you save / load the instance? If you're using the file
serializer: there's a config option to enable/disable caching:
