problem with ops3.6 portlet in liferay4.2

Hi,

 while developing ops3.6 portlet in liferay it is throwing following error why?in 'addcontent' it showing our portlet name(Callisto) if i click on it ,it is giving following error why?I cofigured followinglistener in web.xml  it is not there in ops3.6.if i add this listener only our portlet(Callisto) is displayed in 'addcontent' .
