problem with ops3.6 portlet in liferay4.2.2

In ops3.6.0,For portlet (Ex:orbeonFormsportlet) orbeon guys configured information about the portlet(orbeonFormsportlet) in liferay-display.xml and portlet.xml.

why they have not configured in web.xml?

 

I am not getting this portlet on browser.

 

if i copy listener information from ops3.5.1web.xml to ops3.6 web.xml, iam getting following exception.

Error Message:
