problem with ops3.6 portlet in liferay 4.2.2

Hi,

In ops 3.5.1 , for portlet(Ex:orbeonFormsPortlet), Orbeon guys configured information about the portlet(orbeonFormsPortlet) in liferay-display.xml,portlet.xml as well as web.xml.

 

 In ops 3.6, for portlet(Ex:orbeonFormsPortlet), Orbeon guys configured information about the portlet(orbeonFormsPortlet) in liferay-display.xml,portlet.xml.

they have not configured anything about the portlet(orbeonFormsPortlet) in web.xml why?

i am not getting that portlet on browser why?

 

if i copy the listener code fromn ops 3.5.1 web.xml  to 3.6 web.xml
