Hi,

I was wondering if and how it would be possible to include a footer with the pdf generated by form runner, including page numbers etc.

Some of it can be probably be done with CSS. In particular, I think that Flying Saucer, the library we use, supports CSS related to pagination. But we haven't tried that.
