It seems that page-flow.xml does not work in a separate deployment. Is this the case? If it is there any other way to exploit the features of page-flow? (I am obviously a n00b so please bare with me)

P.S. if I hit view.xhtml directly I get the proper results. I have tried the same example (bookcast) in JBoss 5.1.0 and Tomcat 6 in eclipse using yesterdays nightly build.
