oxf:file-serializer

joac
Dear orbeon users,

I have been used orbeon for a while and I think it is a very nice platform.
I have a question about the directory of oxf:file-serializer.
I am working on a web application and I want to use the file serializer. I would like to set the directory attribute a relative path to the current xpl file, someting like "./../xmldirectory", but unfortunately I've got an exception like this:
"Directory ... is not a directory or is not writeable".

Also I've tried to use a directory like "oxf:..." but it doesn't work either.

If I use absolute paths ("C:/temp") it works correctly.

Does anybody know what could be the problem and how I can solve this issue?

Thanks in advance,
Jordi

RE: oxf:file-serializer

Ryan Puddephatt
Jordi,
If you want to save XML files you can use url:serializer, where you
can use relative or oxf: protocol paths
