orbeon form runner error - milestone build M11 (version 4)

In Orbeon milestone release m11 the summary page does not display the drop down lists when the list has been populated by a HTTP Service. For lists populated through the form it works okay.

I think this issue has been here all along. Or did you see this work
in some previous build?

The reason I think it's an old issue is that the summary page doesn't
run a form's services, and it would be hard for it to do as service
results can depend on each form instance, so possibly the service
would have to run for each line which would be costly.

Another way would be for the label to be stored alongside the data.
This is done for the autocomplete component I think.
