noscript mode and events

Hi there,

Somewhere (here) I read that when running orbeon in noscript mode, only a limited set of events will be available. Post I'm referring to is dated 12 december 2008.
Experience I have is the opposite. When running orbeon in non-noscript mode (oxf.xforms.noscript = true) events don't seems to be fired anymore.
Can anybode tell how oxf.xforms.noscript mode effects event handling?

Hi Henk,

I've seen (and just responded to) your previous message on your experience with the xxforms-valid/xxforms-invalid events not firing in script mode (the default), which I couldn't replicate locally.

An exhaustive answer listing the difference in event handling between the script and noscript modes goes beyond what we can here, but let us know if you have another case where you see a difference between the two that doesn't seem to make sense to you.

Most events should work. The limitations are primarily associated with
client-side support, such as dialogs and more dynamic components. See
