no events for xforms:upload

I'm migrating to OF3.5M from OPS3.1 and faced with some changes in my form behavior. What I've noticed under debug is that xforms:upload control seems does not sends no events except "DOMFocusOut" and "DOMFocusIn". Setting explicitly incremental="true" does make it to produce "xforms-value-changed" events, though implied incremental="false" keeps it completely silent.

I've built from 2006-11-23 CVS.

        This is correct occording to the spec, the value of the instance
hasn't changed until the selected file has been uploaded.
