missing button

Does someone any clue about this error:
[ERROR] [events.XFormsSubmitErrorEvent.setThrowable() 59] - XForms - submission
- xforms-submit-error throwable: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

I have a missing button in the application when this error throws.

Hi Andreo,

Check the url.  The server is unable to make a socket
connection (https?  port number? firewall?) to host/port
in the url.

Perhaps some error in the bindings, etc., causes the
button not to show up, but I think it is only incidental
to the problem.
