minor thing about Xupdate

just for the sake of it:

the documentation of the XUpdate processor stil refers to an old web
site for the Xupdate Spex.
Since that web page obviously was turned into some strange search
portal, fishing for clicks,
the references in the ops documentation should be updated to the true
current XUpdate web site:

http://xmldb-org.sourceforge.net/
