javascript-xform

Prameela R

Hello ,

Can I return a value with javascript function without handling any event?

Bcz, I wanted to get a value like client location from google API

As “google.loader.ClientLocation.address.city;” and wanted to return this value for comparision in repeat statement.so that I can display all the instance variables matching the location.

function SetValue(){

   Var city = google.loader.ClientLocation.address.city;

   return city;

}

I tried to bind the value to a dummy instance, but did not get the solution.

How can I get the returned value in to xform (variable or instance)?

Thanks,

Prameela.

could you please post a sandbox example? This would it make easier to
analyze the problem.
