how to upload a image file into specified folder

Hi,

        This is ramesh. I am implementing orbeon xforms in my application.
I have seen xforms-upload application in orbeon. here file is uploading into
C:\DOCUME~1\rameshk\LOCALS~1\Temp  folder

can any one please give me suggestion how to upload a image file into specific folder.
