how to develope a sample form in orbeon

hi,
I am working as junior research fellow in open technology centre and am new to this orbeon ...and i have successfully downloaded the orbeon form and i have installed in  tomcat also ...

Can you able to tell how can i start (for sanple program)..
Please of anybody knows, let me know...
