header status codes - bug?

Colin Seaman
Hi Guys,

I'm doing some checking to see if files exist on my Orbeon server before
I choose to display them and I think I've come across a small bug in the
code.  Upon finding a page which doesn't exist, Orbeon returns the
status header of 200, instead of 404.

Example: http://www.orbeon.com/ops/dsfdsfs (doesn't exist).  Although
the HTML page return tells you it's not there, I'd prefer to check the
headers, which give a response code of 200 OK.

thanks,

Colin,

I think you have hit this very, very old bug:

http://forge.objectweb.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=303083&group_id=168&atid=350207

You are right, OPS should set a 404 here.
