from paper to computer

I have scaned a paper form that i use  , and looking to add the image as abackground in orbeon , to add text fields on top of it , but i havent found a way to that. can some guide me to the right wiki section or other tuturial how somthing like that can be done ?

I don't think imitating that closely a paper form is something Orbeon Forms does well at this point. As you mention, the paper form would need to be set as background, and then I assume fields positioned exactly on it. I wouldn't try to do it. There are other products out there which target for example PDF form filling online. You might want to look into one of those.
