form builder page won't start without Charles proxy

Has anyone encountered this situation? I've installed the Charles Proxy for analysis (it's very helpful), but now unless it is on I can't launch Orbeon the Form Builder or Form Runner pages (the page at http://localhost:8080/orbeon/ launches) won't launch properly and show the list of forms. I see the following after closing the initial popup on the Form Builder page.

This had an easy solution. After shutting down all instances of Chrome and ensuring that Charles was shut down, I went to the Apache Tomcat > Configure Tomcat, stopped the service then restarted it. Then I went back into Chrome and I was able to see the list of forms.
