Hi all,
I'm trying to use the embedded eXist database with the sandbox (on my local installation) I get an http 500 error... Have I to do some configuration to make it works ? My test works on the Orbeon eXist Sandbox. -- Marc -- You receive this message as a subscriber of the [hidden email] mailing list. Marc,
Did you enable the server by editing lines in web.xml ? Look for : <!-- Uncomment this for the Set XML Server configuration file --> By default, it is not active. --Hank UCSB ----- Original Message ----- From: "marc" <[hidden email]> To: "OPS User List" <[hidden email]> Sent: Monday, December 11, 2006 8:08 AM Subject: [ops-users] embedded eXist > Hi all, > > I'm trying to use the embedded eXist database with the sandbox (on my > local installation) > > I get an http 500 error... > > Have I to do some configuration to make it works ? > > My test works on the Orbeon eXist Sandbox. > > -- > Marc > > > > > -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > -- > You receive this message as a subscriber of the [hidden email] mailing list. > To unsubscribe: mailto:[hidden email] > For general help: mailto:[hidden email]?subject=help > ObjectWeb mailing lists service home page: http://www.objectweb.org/wws > -- You receive this message as a subscriber of the [hidden email] mailing list. Hank,
Thank you for your reply. Yes I have uncommented these lines in the web.xml file. To be more clear, I'm not able to make it works in Eclipse with the internal tomcat(4.1.3) but it works on the deployed version of my app (Apache/Tomcat 5.5). Have I to change an other parameter for Eclipse or is it simply not possible to make it works in Eclipse ? (internal Tomcat). -- Marc Hank Ratzesberger a écrit : > Marc, > > Did you enable the server by editing lines in web.xml ? > Look for : > > <!-- Uncomment this for the Set XML Server configuration file --> > > By default, it is not active. > > --Hank > UCSB > > ----- Original Message ----- From: "marc" <[hidden email]> > To: "OPS User List" <[hidden email]> > Sent: Monday, December 11, 2006 8:08 AM > Subject: [ops-users] embedded eXist > > >> Hi all, >> >> I'm trying to use the embedded eXist database with the sandbox (on my >> local installation) >> >> I get an http 500 error... >> >> Have I to do some configuration to make it works ? >> >> My test works on the Orbeon eXist Sandbox. >> >> -- >> Marc >> -- You receive this message as a subscriber of the [hidden email] mailing list.
