dynamic data dropdown problem download data https apache

Hi,

I have a xml on a apache server not the url is with https!!!!!!!! like this

<list>
<item>Afghanistan</item>
<item>Albania</item>
<item>Algeria</item>
<item>Andorra</item>
<item>Angola</item>
<item>Antigua e Barbuda</item>

So i create a dynamic data dropdown,

where i put

URL: url(https)
Items: //item
Label: text()
Value: text()

But the select is still empty

if i try to take the xml on the url and try to use this setting for example
on

https://www.freeformatter.com/xpath-tester.html#ad-output

works.
Not if I use the browser i see correctly the xml file.

Hi Alessio,

Are you saying that the issue only happens when you use HTTPS, instead of
HTTP, to connect to the server that returns the XML, based on which you want
to populate the dropdown? If this is the case, can you check your
`orbeon.log` and look if you see any error being logged while you load the
page with that dropdown? If Orbeon Forms can't connect to the server for
some reason, there should be an error in the `orbeon.log` with more
information about what the issue is. You'll let us know what you find.

Is this still a current issue? If so, did you get a chance to check your
`orbeon.log`, per my previous message?
